During FY2018, the Group has acquired four parcels of freehold land in Sentul, along Jalan Sentul Pasar, measuring 10.1 acres for a total consideration of RM116.2 million. The planned development will be mainly for residential apartments with limited commercial units over a few phases with an estimated GDV of RM1.2 billion. Phase 1 of the Sentul development is targeted to be launched in the second half of FY2019.

As for now, no news from OSK Prop on this development.

They should bring in their "Atria" management and have a neighborhood mall there since Jalan Sentul Pasar itself now is so occupied with apartments units. Also the piece of land last time supposed to have a Aeon mall actually.

Yeap logical as that time the area density is not suitable yet for a large mall.

But with that said I think it's a different story now, more matured and further upcoming development.. The place is getting crowded

Assuming the min of 2 pax per parcel should easily sum up to 10k of residents.

Mind blowing. But more excited on the amenities and infrastructure they offered to accommodate the future residents.

Wtf la still want build more condo along Sentul Pasar road but the Pasar itself still like 50 years back no proper parking people park along the road left and right from 3 lanes become 2 lanes, 2 lanes become 1 lane. Greedy developers and state government.

Still got peoples buying since it is close to the city. Hopefully can improve the infra in the future. Currently have 6 active developers now. OSK, Mah Sing, LSH, Kerjaya Prospek/ Sunsuria , Minest & PV.

Not only this area. other areas are same, SPA price 700k-900k, now worth 450-500k for You Residence. pity is the real own stay, for investor, it is timing difference to realize their gains.
