On a lighter note, play computer games. It improves focus and finger coordination skills.

Just an update on this , one of my teeth which was crowned and root canal failed but because of root canal , no longer feel the pain. So the root was rotten internally for years. Once removed , i notice brain fog getting cleared.
My hypothesis is that i was constantly getting low grade infection from the toxins which affected my brain.
Wish I knew about this earlier.
