Hi Kumario, the actual one will be the bottom one where u see the toilet downstairs are more squarish and spacious, as the upper one is their original design with L-shaped toilet not space efficient, so they revamp it before they get APTL for phase 1 last year November 2019, so the bottom one is the final layout.

it will be just a normal gate with points, no auto-gate ya

I checked my real-time sales chart, currently all units fully booked, no matter 22x70 or 26x70, probably that's why that agent no answer you

see whether still any units will release again due to loan reject later

i realized Klang Valley landed project mostly not given auto-gate oh, hahaha
I handled over 20 variant landed projects in Puchong side, but only Topaz and Aquamarine by Plenitude got give auto-gate only.

Currently saw 1 unit 26x70 2-sty Superlink releases,

if those interested on Semi-D have 2 units releases - but Semi-D pricing is higher side as these 2 units are with biggest land, so SPA price is RM2.7mil+

ya, it's been long time didn't saw any loan rejected unit for the superlink. only 2 big semi-D units available at the moment
