Prices have mostly fallen atypical with 99% of condos that as they age they also fall in value especially as many start to touch that 10 and 20 year mark.
Build quality for most of the original ones built by Sunrise seem to be holding up.
Vacancy rates are extremely high these days but let's be realistic its always been higher than average.
Who are still into buying this place? Anyone dumping it?
