The residential population base does feed into the commercial activity which is highly attractive.
I wouldn’t write MK residential off which has been built gradually over 30 years. It is still a focal point for a specific aspirational lifestyle. It attracts expats and along with that higher rents which justifies higher asking prices. Can you say the same of areas like Old Klang Road or Subang which sit in the same tier of pricing?
It may be dense but it’s still preferable to these new one note developments with a single floor plan spread over a few thousand units.
