thanks to augustine for the visit.me,lalileo+wife,fern+bf.very cramp augustine's car..but he managed well.
my and fernfan unit is locked.so just looked from the outside.my porch luckily is good one,but nuwaira ur porch have a agak deep slope turun..kalau i tak slaah la..

this pic show unit 62 and 63..nuwaira i m forgot to snap photo fully ur unit .but u can see ur porch right beside mine.actually ujan rintik2,i used nokia n70 jer,pic not so good.

ya..my plan is just like u..angkat itu water tank above ceiling,so 10 feet would be better..

for me rm3k for deposit tu i dont care!!!mimpila i nak bagi.kita beli rumah,kita owner ,develepor dibayar sbg pihak yg jg kebajikan rumah2 n kawasan,bukannya dictator rumah2 kita.
renovation word tu maybe utk ubah struktur rumah kot,additional space kat corner lot etc.
kat dlm umah itu decoration,so nak buat apapun lantakler..
so 3k for what? go to die la...

kalau kita marah2 ada pro n cons.

isu yg byk disebut2 ialah :
1)parking ada slope
2)toilet low height
3)some defect
4)design pagar

conth2 tersebut maybe atas kesalahan/kehendak/perancangn/taktik developer.
ia takde ada stated dlm snp.so wat to say..?kalau anggap itu sbg defect boleh buat complain,dev akan reper.

yg penting skg ape yg stated dlm SnP mestilah/wajib ditepati even 1 inch of measurement of yur park.
lagi satu yg problem skg ialah waiting 4 CF, rm3k deposit for renov,dustbin, ini juga kelemahan developer.boleh dipertikaikan..

so ape yg penting skg create a community,someone has to become leader.then another just follow,n discuss..buat havoc kat sini takde benefit ,just provoke je.but u can xpress yur anger if it is benefit 4 us.not for unknown..
