For phase II, close up progress pics are located at page 45 onwards of this topic, circa 6 weeks ago I think.

And below are the latest updates from "afar". photos taken about 10 days ago. I notice the clubhouse building looks too big for a clubhouse. I suspect its a commercial building. :[

But the happy note for phase II is.... the frontmost row are nearly done. The roofing also been tiled so it seems. Hope phase II will deliver earlier than expected.

btw, notice the pic 5 and 6. The crane  on phase III, its direction changes ... proving they are still WORKING on weekend when I snap those photos

Good news!

Just received letter from Wirama.

Inform that the contruction has now reached the stage 2h - ROAD - 5% claimed lagi for them. (Stage 1 & 2 completed and now waiting stage 3)

Now tinggal 12.5% to handling our phase I house 

CF!!!!!! Once the developer finish the hse..anytime can pas a hse key to us...wit CF pas but u stil can not moving in...sum devel. work smart.pas u d key 1st thn 4low by apply CF or..wat FFFFFFF lah..bcoz there dun 1 to pay to us 4 d delay.

yeah deb..me too ...but confuse whhy no letter of acknowledgement for Stage 2d & e?? or to be follow after stage 2f & g?

btw...sbenarnya archi tak terlibat dalam masalah high water table/grd water table..so archi tak perlu nak garu kepala.Biasanya kalau ada masalah ni diorang akan refer pada geotechnical engineer. Geotech eng yang akan cari solution utk atasi masalh tu.Bila berlaku high water table satu telaga akan dibina dan subsoil drain dibina pada kaw tersebut utk alirkan air masuk ke telaga.Biasanya utk pembinaan bangunan jenis perumahan,jenis pile yg digunakan ialah micro pile..kalau SPT value tanah tu tinggi SPUN PILE akan digunakan.So takda masalah pada rumah jika dibina diatas tanah yg mengalami high water table kalau dibina subsoil drain dibawahnya.During construction memang ambik masa lebih sikit dari tanah jenis biasa sebab diorang kena buat subsoil drain dulu.Yang menjadi masalahnya kalau tiba2 water table jadi rendah.Bila water table tiba2 jadi rendah akan berlaku friction pada tanah dan boleh menyebabkan enapan pada structure tersebut.Salah satu cara nak atasi masalah ni ialah dengan bina satu lagi structure dibawah rumah tersebut dengan RC Slab...so bila berlaku enapan RC Slab ini lah yg akan tahan rumah tersebut.

Civil engineer akan cooperate dengan geotech engineer utk jadikan structure tu selamat..

Well, with this thread is getting more and more response, which is a good thing, its getting harder to read through for newbies as all information and photos are scattered all over the pages. Hopefully by the time the phase 1-ers move in, we can start our own community website and forum and maintain it nicely. I hope you guys (phase 1) can hold a gathering and go there beramai-ramai, and try to fit "some" of us in ( the phase 2/3 people who are dying to visit the site).

u mean can pindah with temporary CF ...i have no idea where to get the key may be the VP letter has stated so have to ask for those already received the letter
