hi shafari, just give you some of my thoughts, i hope it is not offended, just to share with all of you, if you guys really go and complain to mps on the issue, this will definitely delay the issuance of CF, becoz we as a buyer of tmn bukit emas had done so, the mpkj withold the issuance of CF and ask the developer to comply with the requirement, we waited for nearly 1/2 yr to get the CF out. Of coz developer will compensate you with the LAD, what if the developer unable to pay for the hugh sum of LAD, and yet no $ to rectify/comply with mps requirement and CF is still pending, you all will be the victim as you have to serve interest to bank (i believe 80% disbursement), no house to stay(no CF) and you need to come out $ to sue the developer, this may drag for long time, do you guys prepare for long battle like this?
We, in tmn bukit emas is only 1 roll affected (road too small, developer to widen the road but luckily there is some buffer for them to do the widening) but As i have seen the photos, a lot to be rectified and yet some look like no rectification can be done.
I am not suggeting anything but to share what we have been thru.
I totally agreed with yeh.babe. Memang I ada fikir benda yang sama. Memang menakutkan kalau jadi macam tu sebab yang akan jadi mangsa dan paling merasa kesan buruk dlm masa yang panjang ialah kita sebagai pembeli.
Kalau boleh kita jangan bertindak dulu, takut nanti jadi macam peribahasa "yang dikejar tak dapat, yang dikendong berciciran". Kita tak tahu tahap kewangan pemaju, kalau diorang ada masalah kewangan terutamanya dlm masa kegawatan ekonomi ni (dan sebelum ni harga barang2 pembinaan pun melonjak dgn mendadak) utk meneruskan projek ni kalau apa2 terjadi habislah kita semua, hanya boleh tengok rumah dari jauh saja le..buat masa ni cadangan saya kita tunggu dan lihat dulu...lagipun bukan semua pembeli masuk dalam forum ni, kalau terjadi perkara yg buruk terhadap projek ni ia akan melibatkan seluruh pembeli utk semua fasa 1, 2 dan 3 dan kita mungkin akan DISALAHKAN oleh pembeli pembeli yang lain...
Harap kita boleh berbincang ttg pro & contra sesuatu perkara sebelum membuat sesuatu tindakan...
