Utk rumah Fasa 2 punya bila agaknye ye tarikh buyer yang paling awal sign S&P, at least boleh jugak agak2 bila boleh dapat kunci ni...ada siapa2 boleh update ke tarikh sign S&P ni atau tarikh launch fasa 2 ni ? Saya punya sign S&P bulan April 2007..hehe..hehe belum sampai 2 tahun...
Buat sementara terpaksa le tumpang tengok rumah pemilik fasa 1....

Wah...they dah mula main ding dong ni, kalau dah dalam S&P cakap 3+1 then kita ada hak untuk reject 12+1 seperti yg mereka minta, lagipun 12+1 takde dlm agreement !! Dah le clubhouse facilities pun tak dapat digunakan, takde point kita nak bayar even 3+1. Setuju dgn alan, that fee should be waived until we can enjoy all the facilities. mad.gif vmad.gif
Err kalau kita guna lawyer samada bank lawyer atau S&P lawyer utk fight benda ni boleh ke ?

I totally agreed with yeh.babe. Memang I ada fikir benda yang sama. Memang menakutkan kalau jadi macam tu sebab yang akan jadi mangsa dan paling merasa kesan buruk dlm masa yang panjang ialah kita sebagai pembeli.

Kalau boleh kita jangan bertindak dulu, takut nanti jadi macam peribahasa "yang dikejar tak dapat, yang dikendong berciciran". Kita tak tahu tahap kewangan pemaju, kalau diorang ada masalah kewangan terutamanya dlm masa kegawatan ekonomi ni (dan sebelum ni harga barang2 pembinaan pun melonjak dgn mendadak) utk meneruskan projek ni kalau apa2 terjadi habislah kita semua, hanya boleh tengok rumah dari jauh saja le..buat masa ni cadangan saya kita tunggu dan lihat dulu...lagipun bukan semua pembeli masuk dalam forum ni, kalau terjadi perkara yg buruk terhadap projek ni ia akan melibatkan seluruh pembeli utk semua fasa 1, 2 dan 3 dan kita mungkin akan DISALAHKAN oleh pembeli pembeli yang lain...
Harap kita boleh berbincang ttg pro & contra sesuatu perkara sebelum membuat sesuatu tindakan... smile.gif

But, betul ke if CF sudah keluar kita tak boleh buat apa2 tindakan lagi terhadap pemaju ? Ada ke policy macam tu ?
Ada sesiapa boleh tolong check ke dari mana2 jabatan ttg perkara ni...?
Pasal car porch atau mana2 saja bahagian rumah, kalau rumah yang dibina tidak sama seperti yg tercatit dalam SnP, kita berhak utk menuntut gantirugi dari pemaju, it stated in SnP... wink.gif

Hi shafary....

My advice, kalau boleh jangan bawa lagi kes ini kepada MPS atau mana mana third party, ini akan merumitkan keadaan, try to discuss first with the developer, see what they can do....kalau diorang masih berdegil dan tak mahu selesaikan masalah dan dah takde jalan lain lagi, barulah boleh libatkan pihak ketiga... I pun turut simpati dan faham dgn masalah anda semua tapi please bawa bertenang dan ambil masa utk rancangkan tindakan yg perlu diambil step by step...
