so do u know take how long for applying CF or temporary CF

I think we should start a list of phase 2/3 who wanted to be anak-angkatkan by the phase 1 family. if one person tag along with one phase 1 family to inspect house, I'm sure we can "smuggle" quite alot of people inside. hehehe.

their advise is, " you can come out to fetch them go inside. if they dont walk."

hi shafari, just give you some of my thoughts, i hope it is not offended, just to share with all of you, if you guys really go and complain to mps on the issue, this will definitely delay the issuance of CF, becoz we as a buyer of tmn bukit emas had done so, the mpkj withold the issuance of CF and ask the developer to comply with the requirement, we waited for nearly 1/2 yr to get the CF out. Of coz developer will compensate you with the LAD, what if the developer unable to pay for the hugh sum of LAD, and yet no $ to rectify/comply with mps requirement and CF is still pending, you all will be the victim as you have to serve interest to bank (i believe 80% disbursement), no house to stay(no CF) and you need to come out $ to sue the developer, this may drag for long time, do you guys prepare for long battle like this?

We, in tmn bukit emas is only 1 roll affected (road too small, developer to widen the road but luckily there is some buffer for them to do the widening) but As i have seen the photos, a lot to be rectified and yet some look like no rectification can be done.

I am not suggeting anything but to share what we have been thru.

I understand and I was worried about the same thing as well.

But the thing is that if we don't complain and the CF is issued we have no case and it means that we are accepting what we are being given.  So developer happy, tak payah nak extend road, build the excess road on time and finish the club house and lake also.

So kita bayar maintenance fee buat apa...??? anyway S&P shows that we are only required to pay 3+1 and not 12+1... itu pun sudah kena cheat - wonder what else is in store for us that we are not aware of.

Please check your S&P also for the car porch size... mine showed something like 20ft... but its much shorter than that, if that is true then we sudah kena tipu already!!! how are they gonna rectify this problem  if not to pay us compensation. (they have used milimeter)

I know the delay and all the hassle this is gonna bring but its our right and I hope everyone can join forces.

I know that the damage has been done, the main thing now is that we must make them pay and be liable for their mistakes, they should not get scott free.

If they have not build the house according to the specs in our S&P then we can make them pay, but the thing is that we have to bring this up to the MPS, tell them that our developer has cheated us.....

As for the maintenance fee, we were told to pay 12+1 - we were not given a choice of what we pay.  The registered letter did not give us an option to chose from.

is in toilet or inside bedroom? if its in room, then only level 4, have top ceiling. if in the toilet, then it's really low only 7ft.
