Hi Everyone,

I think is hard to form a committee and ask some volunteer to lead the team. But a least for those who attended yesterday had made a GOOD start, and especially Phase II, III. Thank you for all attendees....

So For this moment, I think we just use the basis (forum) to discuss problem and share infomartion.

So when there is needed a support from all of you (amansiara owner especially phase 1), please support with 100 and 10 %.

I plan to look for answer from all parties one by one, and update you all if have any answer--> (house loan lawyer, S&P lawyer, MPS, HBA)

These are the problem I faced,

Problems
1. Toilet - Low Ceiling, i think is not fulfill the safety requirement at all, because is only about 6 -7 feet, so if after install the light bulb on ceiling, it's almost reach my head. It's VERY DANGEROUS!!!
2. Maintenance Fees - Not even move in,why should we pay and the facilty is not fully ready.
3. Renovation Deposit - Ask for reduction, cause 3K is too high.
4. VP - Not sure able to claim for LAD after sign the letter, since we're heard it's NOT valid VP.
5. Dustbin - Not sure where to place since most of us have a slope surface.
6. sticker and access card-2  for each unit.
7. car pouch partition -what material (supect made of ceiling board)
So if anyone have the answer just post here and so who ever want to solve know what to do.

some more for level one back yard. the cover of longkang also a design of engineer.
i ask them, if we wash something there, hows the water go in to longkang, since all block by the cover, they have nothing to answer, just said this is also design of engineer. after that, they told me, they have pass this massage to their engineer.

1) dont know how many have already gotten their keys. there are few hundreds unit in phase 1 alone

2) maybe not many knew about this forum. only those who surf frequently or computer geeks would look for such forum.

so i would say it is still not effective. suggestion for a start:

1) put up flyers in every house. this is tough but workable.
2) put up a banner in our own house. especially those staying in upper floor. (to prevent from the dev from taking it down)

details could be info about this forum and etc. whatever we could think off.

well some would say its a bit extreme but judging from the respond and comment from this forum it seems that all of you r very serious so a serious approach should be considered. otherwise it would be tough to get the numbers.

phase 1 unit does not look like that ...

which means if we decided to removed the water thank, we have to plaster the wall ourselves ... right ?

from the looks of the pics ... the car porch is longer ... look at the space between the pillar under the roof and the gate pillar ... the space is bigger than my phase 1 unit ...

what u mean the developer do it for us . it mean remove the water tank ? Is it FOC if the developer remove for us

Hi, my house is @ Jln Amansiara 1/5, address no is 109-1 & 109-2, unfortunately mine is with the narrow road of 28 feet only. Anyone in the same row as me gotten key already ?  I haven't got my key yet, S&P dated 13-Feb. I don't know how would the developer can rectify the narrow road.
Should we include this in the complaint letter or we should deal with the developer separately. 

well, tan, our case in balakong no committee formed, we did our complaint individually, that is why not effective. to form up a committee, let me check around and update you how to do it, at this moment, i have no idea and experience. if you are seeking advise from HBA, maybe they can provide you the info as how to do it.
