bila masuk dalam kaw amansiara...tnb tengah pasang underground cable..near to substation di jalan amansiara 1..no wonder knapa cf belum kluar

worker : sudah hampir 3 tahun.sejak mula projek disini.Tapi sini boleh dikira cepat juga.zone 2(phase 2) sama zone 3(phase 3) sudah hampir siap.lagi saya dengar mau tambah lagi projek.zone 2 sama 3 luarnya saja lain dalamnya sama.bagi saya yang penting dalamnya kan...luarnya tak cantik takpa..tapi dalamnya mesti mau cantik.

worker : encik sudah tengok rumah?
aku : belom..belom ambik kunci lagi.
worker : bila sudah tengok..kalau ada komplain...komplain saja..biar kita buat kerja.
aku : tokey ada bayar gaji tak?
worker : ada..satu bulan 2 kali

worker : ada
rupanya bila dia repair utk defect dikira OT..dapatla claim 1-2 jam OT.ptutla sungguh2 dia suruh aku komplain..hehe
gaji diorang pon tak pernah tak bayar..that means kontraktor ok la dari segi financial..

lepas minum kat kedai minum kongsi dalam site tu...aku pon blah..

the defects dah find out n dah submitted the form already.

Lyn, anak lin memang macam anak cina. Nanti kak nur bagi talent house number, kalau anak lin minat nak masuk iklan bawa dia pegi casting.

My advice would be to those who have yet to receive the keys to wait for it first before taking any action as tentatively the "goods" have not been delivered yet.

I have managed to view my lane and the house after getting my friend's keys and the tag to enter into the area. So tentatively I'm not suppose to know about the flaws yet.

But to those that already have the keys, you are "advice" by the MPS officer to trash out with the developer.
