yeap,sure.we need a TT session.
mayb after raya...near selayang wil b better,etc stadium selayang or selayang mall. on weekend.this time around we need to proper planning(time & venue,map.) & attendance list wif contact number. so after TT we can convoi to the site. my 2cents. |

hi good day my fellow amansiarans,
selamat hari raya to thoose celebrating & happy back to work to all . yeah its kinda hands down for phase 1,lots things unaaceptable & dissapointing.yet seems the progress of the hse is smooth and wil b delivered as promised.guess ther wont b any delay on handover.we also seems restricted on exterior reno,thus not so much can b done on tad,habe to live with tad lor  ,cant extend front porch or change the main front gate .only thing can us to concern now is on interior design & reno.even on tad also i dunno wheter do we need any permisson frm amansiara management's aproval.im sure there must b some kinda standard guidelines to us follow and approval thingie.beside tad,im just wondering how much the rental or selling price will be for our house,for phase 1,2 & 3. just wanted to know our current market value of our assets. any1 here know how to calc the valuation..? Hi mates ! good that if they can deliver on time as promised,but watbout the CF thingie,dun ya'll tink it wil take few months/weeks for tad ?? or they can get it right after construction completion? any1 knows on tis CF pls share wif us here. tq. :: my prediction,we'll get next year.cuz ther's wil b another last payment after road completion.thus plus minus for payment transaction,tis & tad..probably end Jan 09.. its like buyin car in msia.
sum wud say vios is ugly,city's gearbox problem,kia spectra is fuel monster & korean car no resale value laa,waja fuel pump problem laa.but yet i see lots newly registered waja's on road everyday!! just bcuz sum got lemons doesnt mean every1 wil get.its all depands on luck oso laa..just bcuz sum1's hse project sux doesnt means ours too eventhough same devlper,we dunno yet til c the end product.so the one got lemon ppl wait til our hse complete then only talk,dun come corrupt our mind now..we dun need negative ppl...same i mentioned b4 ,tink of solution than blame.if u dun like d hse,sell it or rent it off...same goes to car i relate.if too problematic ,make more trips to serv center or write to director of d company.or sell it off and buy another;s make.satisfy ur self then make ur self miserable like hell.for being unlucky bare the cost ,tads all.take it or leave it.so pls wait til hse complete.meanwhile yeh-babe u lepak at mamaks njy a cuppa tea.stay away now...shuuuushuuuushuuuuu... Civil engineer akan cooperate dengan geotech engineer utk jadikan structure tu selamat.. |
