hie guys. how come pace suddenly slowed down?

hell for me... pindah opis. installation of phone line + re-activation of streamyx taking one who week. unable to online.

very happy with previous gathering. one regret: we were too bz taking photos of the house and surrounding, but not even a single group photo of the souls inside (all of us!).

Anyway, we should do a bi-monthly meeting/gathering where all of us can come if possible.

Actually I thought of that before last year .. but on a more broader level... phase I team vs phase II vs phase III, and not just apply to football,badminton. but even more sports etc.

yea.. there are only 2 facilities i hoped can be implemented in amansiara

1) nursery... most of us have children (now or in the future) + both hubby wifey working.
2) FOOD related: foodcourt/mamak/restaurant... just anything within walking distance.

Ooh... did you received letter from bank to inform regarding the quit rent payment? I got mine from OCBC last week. Do we actually need to pay them even for unfinished property?

Got photo on the column that contain the defect?

The ceiling height is shown in the floorplan side-wide inside our SnP.

What is your construction progress before you got this water/electricity deposit bill? Your unit is 127, and your block was finished constructed quite early (before a few other blocks commences), that's why you get the bill earlier compared to the rest, and waited longer before getting the keys (which was released after whole of phase 1 finished construction).

Now that's interesting. Your block is the one of the final block (frontmost) to start construction, block 2A. This could only mean phase 2/3 getting keys won;t be that far away. smile.gif

Anyone from block 2A,2B,2H and 2G (the final blocks to be constructed for phase 2/3), who gotten such letter to settle elec/water deposit bill? I want to see if my theory above is correct or not.

I rather not curse anybody as we don't know the (specific group of) INDIVIDUALS who made amansiara in such a condition. It wont help either to improve the condition.

Yup many developers in our country is cutting corners here and there. and sometimes condition are even worse (like cracked walls/flooded rooms ). It affect houses of all types .... even Semi-ds and bungalows suffers.

it is impossible to have every single houses built to be free from defect, though. so I shall not curse people behind it (as I dont know its their workers fault/con or subcontractors fault/ or the highest level of people's fault).

And some actually are not their fault. its just lack of foresight by some of us to NOT TO read thoroughtly the SnP, especially the road size. I was paranoid to have read the measurements of roads/rooms in my SnP, before I sign them.


All I know is, when there are problems, FOCUS ON unity and discuss ccordially. there are sure to have solutions. FOCUS ON badmouthing will give us even less time to improve on other important things.

I've been following property discussions in local forums for like 2 years. I was interested to know their "journey" in owning a home, till getting the keys and all. Seems like they are more calm in handling these issues than us. I will learn from them.

(go to realestate.net.my and read the posts/complains there. We are not alone. 90% of developers here are pretty bad.)

Nothing good can come out from angers, except maybe INNOCENT children born without backsides.


Ok.. on a happier note... I drive to the site with my family. We parked outside the guardhouse... then walked in "coolly". the guard didn't stop us. And I've walked all the way to the phase 2 and 3. When we walked down back to the guardhouse, I saw a small sign saying "please register" to enter.

Ok.... seems like cars without sticker/access card CAN DRIVE into the site simply by REGISTERING YOURSELF. And I was so stupid in walking all the way.

Hie ther Nuwaira. I am always here, but a lil sad seeing how out-of-focus we are in issues at hand. We need to categorize and prioritize our problem into:


1) whose-fault-izzit ?
A) developers fault/inconsiderateness

- Once, again , I beg you guys who still angry with this, to refer to your own SnP. If you guys have 2 cars, obviously you would check the SnP to see the porch measurement BEFORE signing it and proceed with the purchase of house few years ago. The brochure clearly showed lot size 22x64 to 22x80. NEVER ASSUME they give us the maximum (and happily tell others you got your house at cheaper price that the others!). Most of our build up is 22x50 excluding porch, hence some get 14 feet porch size. That's the reason they were SOLD AT DIFFERENT pricepoint.


This is important as we don't want the developer to "hit us back" regarding (1B), by using SnP as reference to prove they did no wrong, and proceed NOT to find a "middle ground" to solve the problem (which they can always ignore).

*a 28feet wide road wouldn't be so bad on flat land AND 22 feet wide porch for EACH houseowners . But too bad majority of us got half of that (11 feet only,making 2nd car impossible to be parked outside) .And since all our roads are cerun, the 6-feet sidewalk is not smooth (sharp edges), making the narrow road even narrower. I understand you guys here. Blame it on the authority that approved such masterplan (I smell some corruption happening here).






Anyway. Can we all just have a nice gathering to break-the-ice this Saturday Noon, before we go into the site again?
