The Show Units will be destroyed soon....

Agent didn't tell me the actual date of destroying. He just said that the show house is now closing. No body will be there. I just received a letter from Wirama asking me to expedite the signing for the loan agreement, but never mentioned when they will claim for the piling stage.

I suppose got my loan agreement signed early, however they dragged until I rang them about my loan agreement.
After a girl from Yeong & Mak checked for me, she told me to go over to the show unit last saturday for signing the loan agrrement. On that day, I travelled all the way from KL back to selayang....Luckily, in the mid-way, I called my Agent and asking him whether is there anybody in the sample house. He said he unsure about this and promised will check for me. After a while, i received his call and was informed that the lawyer representative is waiting for me in the Wirama Mid-Valley office.......Damm...I get angry as nobody from the lawyer firm inform me about this otherwise I need not back to selayang and rush again to Mid-Valley.....I was in bad mood when calling the representative.....Ended up I went to the Mid-Valley to get the loan agreement......

Dun Even know where is the exact location for the flyover.....
dun even promised to complete the flyover together with the Phase 1. Did they? May be will do it together with the phase 3 completion period. Who knows...

Phase 4
4 storeys height building as well, but only have 3 families in a Block.

Family 1 - 1 Floor Only
Family 2 - 1 1/2 Floors
Family 3 - 1 1/2 Floors

Estimated Price for 1 1/2 Floors will be more than or about RM270K....
1 Floor Unit got no idea but anyway my estimation value is about RM220K

The price for the Phase 4 definitely will be higher since the materials cost are going to increase / have already increased.....and some more it's Phase 4. Later Phase is more expensive than previous is a normal marketing tactic for developer. Selling Cheap initially to test the market, Market give a good respond of course will come out many more developments.

Suddenly, there is one question pop out from my mind. If There is really a Phase 4, does it means that Phase 1 to Phase 4 residents need to share for the tiny garden and clubhouse. Oh..NO...too congested...How can this happenned......am I right?

About the "neddle", oh..No..cannot be disclosed. My man will be killed soon. Did U all watch the HK Movie " 无间道"? Then U should understand...laaa....Haha....Just Kiddng....This Information is simply an information, might be rumour (as it is not comfirmed)....

Dun Organise the meeting in KL center.....Traffic quite Jam...Since we bought the house near selayang, just have the meeting nea the Kepong Area like Metro Prima. I Think most of the people will know where is it...

I'm working in a Construction Company, come across with quite a number of trade contractors....like PEST Control (Anti-Termite Soil Treatment) as mentioned above, tiling works, Bathroom Shower Screen, Painting Works, Timber Flooring as etc....

If the quantity is there, I think We can get a better and cheaper price for doing all those renovation works.

My unit still maintain as 10% progress.....

Is it Fibrous Plaster Ceiling? What is the ceiling thickness that U R using?
How much do U charge for the Ceiling Access Manhole Size 450mm x 450mm or 600mm x 600mm?

When the KTM station in Jln Ipoh Completed, U can park Ur Car over there and go to Mid Valley by Train....
Or U can drive Ur car to Kepong Sentral Station......Direct KTM Services to Mid Valley
