This is Jalan Amansiara 1/6.

The width of the road is 28 feet. From one gate to the gate on the opposite side of the road is 40 feet. Pretty WIDE!!!!

The extra row add in seem are lucky cos enjoying 40 feet (2 ways) wide road. But unfortunately, it cause the next road become samller. From the picture, it only 20 feet (1 way). For those who buy that row really a prob to park second car.
*
Actually, if you look at the masterplan on the roads, all the width of the roads in Amansiara is correct and almost 95% accurate. It is not because of the additional row that caused Jalan Amansiara 1/5 to be narrower. If you look at the plan again, on the plan itself, it is narrow.

Agree. The road width will not change/reduce with the addition of new row.

But then again, for those buying the units at the (initially) furthest row, they expect a nice green view in front of them, and there could be chances of some 'grassy" (buffer) and opposite the road that could be used as unofficial parking areas. The new row totally killed such anticipation and hope. And this also "introduced" additional  parking woes by the neighbours at the opposite row.

From my observation on the narrow roads, the only way to solve congestion is to make them one-way.
*
Seriously, there are a few roads that best made ONE-WAY roads. It probably be safer for children and additional parking space and buffer zone.

hie guys.  how come pace suddenly slowed down?

[mode perasan=on]
must be caused by my absence izzit? heheh.
[mode perasan=off]

hell for me... pindah opis. installation of phone line + re-activation of streamyx taking one who week. unable to online.

very happy with previous gathering. one regret: we were too bz taking photos of the house and surrounding, but not even a single group photo of the souls inside (all of us!).

Anyway, we should do a bi-monthly meeting/gathering where all of us can come if possible.

amacam?

wah .... might as well have BBQ at the BBQ area at the playground??? hahahahahaha .... too bad the swimming pool not ready yet else we all can have a dip in the pool.

Hey, I was thinking, why not, after we moved in, have a regular get together at the pool or taman like, once a month or bimonthly so that we can GOSSIP ABOUT OUR NEIGHBOURS???? hahahahahah.

i think it is proper that you bought the Level 1 and 2, OR, Level 3 and 4, for Nursery operations.

if you buy only ONE level, I don't think you will get the approval for a nursery.

Hi Lyn, nice to meet you.  Looks like you are ready to move in (considering the fact that you are doing away with the grills).
Btw, have you got the developer fixed up the loose items (that you've collected along with the keys)? And since the developer
has attended to your complaints, what about water and electricity supply?

Jiran Baru, Nancie

Well, Leadmont is not as bad as we thought. That's why I said, work with the developer and don't work against them. Everything can be settle one.

I am pretty worry about this forum. It seems like some of us are starting to use profanity. Yes we are not happy with the developer, I have mentioned before and I shall mention it again, we should not fight with the developer for the sake of fighting. The objective of this forum and the committee is to objectively address all issues related to Amansiara. Please do not bring the culture of hatred onto this forum, I for one, do not welcome it.

For those who have come for the first gathering, I believe we all know that we have a group of people who is concern about Amansiara and I strongly believe we will have a committee who is committed to face the developer firmly to resolve matters amicably.

Please bear in mind that we all have our own daily lives to run and to have a leader to lead a committee is just too much to ask. My question would be, when there is a gathering or meetings on matters about Amansiara, will you be there or will you be at home hoping things will work out just right for you.

Alanyuppie, together with some of us here have been feeding the rest will a lot of information, and if you have some information that you can share, just share it. I don't have time reading curses nor condemnations.

Should there be a committee being set up, for those who is not in the committee, remember that the committee is not taking a single cent from you. The work they will be doing would take up their personal time and even money, who knows. For those who is not in the commitee, kindly cooperate and appreciate.

We shall not appoint anyone here, who ever wants to be the committee to address the issues of Amansiara, it will be voluntary. So, if you think you want to contribute your time and knowledge, please volunteer.

Shuji,

thanks for creating the forum. Please kindly add me to the new forum.

my e-mail is .... raytansa@gmail.com

regards.

Sorry for not posting for a long time. Today 28 February at 10:20AM, I went to Amansiara and I was not allowed to enter because I don't have the sticker not the access card.

YES, You can no longer enter just be registering at the guardhouse. Why? I talked to a mgmt staff at the guard house, apparently someone make a fuss and complain that his car tyres were punctured while driving around the neighbourhood, hence the developer decided to banned people from entering.

The mgmt staff told me that, once we set up a committee, a lot of things can be splashed out and solved.

He also told me that some people here curse and start bad mouthing them, like cursing their families la, told others not to buy Leadmont houses la ... blablabla.

Like I have said before, WE SHOULD WORK WITH THE DEVELOPER, and not against.

Can someone make a list of who is going tomorrow 1 March and please name those who has the ACCESS CARD+STICKER.
