I went to KLCC home fair yesterday. Will be on till this sunday. Booked engineered wood flooring for 2 rooms. Cost rm2500. Laminated floor also cost about the same for Floor Depot.Others are more expensive. But laminated floor is not wood base at all. Can get promotion only at fair. Anyone interested can go direct to Floor Depot or Mori. First when we move in must treat the hse by engaging pest control. Hope everyone agrees and do it. If once infected by termites (choi, choi touch wood). Die lah.
I am getting drawings and quotation on kitchen cabinets and wardrobe. Plaster ceilings and wiring. Still looking for more quotations. If you guys have any info pls share.

No. My unit entrnce different from show hse. I m 4th flr enter thru between kitchen and bathroom 2. I hope u get the pic. So my ktchen & dining 2 gether. Kitchen open concept with island dividing the dining area.
Furnitures are secondary. See budget 1st. Any recomend for plaster ceiling? I have to work fast. No time to do last minute shopping when the key is handled. Must decide B4 key handling then immediately start work when get the key. U guys got lots of time to shop around b4 moving in??

Yea they are building the guard hse. Only last night I was wondering when they r going to buld the guard hse. Exactly like the brouchures pulak tu.

Went to the site just now. They are putting the final black tar layer on the road leading up to the guard hse. Grass has been planted at the slope alongside the road leading up and they are also doing some leveling of the soil there. Though today is Sunday i saw a lot of workers actively working on different location in the site. Wish I took some pic but sorry I can't coz I was driving alone.
