Mine is P III , i have also receive my letter from developer/ Now is 45% Complete. Looking at the progress i think Phase iii Shall get the key bf 2010. Hopefully.

sweat.gif After reading the forum this few day it really make me sweat.

For the money we are paying and finish product look so different. It is worst than what i predict.
Like vincent case the slope in to the house.

I wonder how the Phase II & III will look like. coz the price is more expensive that PI

will the quality be better for the money we are paying?

Mine is Phase III, I also receive the letter for paying deposit for water & electricity before 31st march.

Does it means Phase III and Phase II going to get the key at the same time??
