Is there any fixed timeline developer need to fix your new unit defect? The unit is partially furnished, what if the contractor dirty/ damage my furniture, can I file a claim to the developer?

Depending on which Schedule H u used, old or new.

Old:
1) Issued Defect to Developer, 30 days to complete
2) After 30 days still not rectified, issue quotation to repair by your own, further 14 days for developer
3) After that 14 days, u may proceed with your own.

New:
1) Issued Defect to Developer, 30 days to complete
2) After 30 days still not rectified, issue quotation to repair by your own, further 30 days for developer
3) After that 14 days, u may proceed with your own.

Different is additional period given to Developer.

If the contractor dirty / damaged your furniture, u can issue as part of defects subject u have strong evident is dirty/damaged by them.

Just remember to take photo BEFORE & AFTER
