hello everybody... do you know where is fitness or gym that suitable for a muslim girl?? please help me.. if u nkow, please tell me the monthly charge, per hour charge and location.. and i would like to know it has personal trainer or not.. thanks guys!! :respect:

Just wear proper clothing if you're afraid of being gawk at.
big t shirt + track pants + head scarf not good enough?

california fitness has female-only workout room, which is pretty well equiped.

the midvalley one has it, i'm not sure about other branches though

Think she means an "all-female" gym. There have been a few features in the papers recently about 2 new gyms that cater to only women. Maybe you should check them out.

There is an all-women gym at Kota Damansara, called W-Fitness. Came out in the papers last week if not mistaken. But I do not know the charges. Maybe you can try searchin it on the net.

I think it will cost more...Maybe they should charger a higher rate since they are specialize it in the segments of female trainees.

midvalley got female area ma. but the shower room is shared la.. among ladies only, among the non and muslin ones. no guys. don worry lol
