hi...how can i cancel celcom postpaid plan? i had called the customer care and they told me the only way is to go to celcom head office and fill in the termination form...but i find it too hassle

does anyone been into this process b4? i wanna switch to maxis postpaid plan ^^

I am not a clubber, never been clubbing since 5 years back but every now and then I get message from Velvet and other clubs, new clubs, promo and WTF dj that visits... How do I cancel all the promo rubbish to my Maxis mobile?

Usually when people or especially girls go to a club, they (the club) might ask you to write your personal data such as name, address and phone no for reference and to inform u if got functions or any special promotions. Its some sort of telemarketing via sms i believe. In ur case, maybe someone gave ur hp no and they send u all the promo sms. Maxis have nothing to do with this and u need to get the service provider to cancel ur subscription. I hope that will help.

Well, i guess the total and easy plan was confusing for customers plus they have Digi's one flat rate to contend with. I wonder if truthaboutprepaid.com is updated about it?

So, I guess there's no plan classification from now on. All will be the same under Hotlink Plan with new rates.

Hotlink introduced their Easy and Total plans for less than a year. Well, maybe they realize the mistakes and faster react to market demands.

I think the best decision to make is to see who will you be calling the most...if you're like me who only calls my gf and my close friends and they are all using 012/017 also...then stick back to Hotlink and add the 5 people who you will always call or sms to as the Activ5 members Line still good but some certain places i always get disconnections while talking though

Try "STOP" and send back to the number which sends you the spam messages...normally most of the services use the same codes to subscribe and unsubscribe their services...just spend 15 sen and maybe you have the luck hehe

I actually found out the Hotlink Plan when i was playing with the *108*x# a few days ago...i saw the plan and i was scratching my head and wondering what plan is that...then Maxis called me again today and disappointed me again by not be able to fix my Activ5 problem ...i asked the guy why i can't switch to Total Plan from Talk Plan and he said they are going for this new Hotlink Plan...then i check the Hotlink website and found out about it and straight away switch it...wahlau few days was still stucked to the 30sen/min calling Activ5 members

So, accelerator7, do you able to fix your Activ5 problem under the new, revamped Hotlink plan?
