1. Budget :RM 1.4k below
2. Usage :University Student normal usage. MS Office, watching movie, web surfing.Maybe some basic design such as AutoCad
3. Requirements (display size, battery life, weight etc) : 14",maybe not to important because will always charger on plug.
Or maybe any recommendations of best budget laptop for student.

Im afraid to buy any second or refurb laptop, because fear it will not last long and may cause much more problem.Can anyone give me an advice on how to choose refurb or second laptop that can convince me ?
