searching for a laptop for my company

budget
1.1 low end with max budget of RM2k
1.2 mid end with max budget of RM3.5
1.3 high end with max budget of RM4k


2. Usage:
2.1 photoshop
2.2 adobe lightroom
2.3 for presentation purposes
2.3 general office works using microsoft (word, excel, powerpoint)


3. Requirements (display size, battery life, weight etc) :
3.1 15.6" screen size
3.2 8gb ram minimum
3.3 max weight 2.5-2.7kg max
3.4 battery life not an issue
3.5 on site warranty services
3.6 preferred brand: HP, LENOVO. Definitely NOT ASUS, my company had bad experience with asus kuching, sarawak on warranty claims.
3.7 optional part: ssd (m.2 form factor) + hdd. if this option does not exist with current laptops line up. not a problem.
