Hey what do u guys think of the new illegear ionic?

Illegear IONIC is the cheapest laptop with 92Wh battery, srgb 100% display and magnesium alloy body in the market for now.

But a thinkpad with i7, 16gb ram, 512gb ssd will cost more and weigh alot more too right?

What disadvantage for 4k? I spend most of my time watching videos, spreadsheet, reading PDF etc. It has more value to me than gaming.

mainly used for office work, media consumption on streaming platforms, light gaming if possible (diablo 3). mainly looking for battery life >6hr. Using a chuwi lapbook SE at the moment, so any new models will be an upgrade..

another alternative available now is the new Swift 3.. but having some reservations regarding the display...

it's reliable, however personally I could only recommend refurb business laptops (3 yr warranty), not consumer laptops

1. Budget : RM3-4k
2. Usage  : Gaming (mainly CSGO) and uni work mainly
3. Requirements (display size, battery life, weight etc) :
Display size (prefer 17 inch if possiblem but if it's too much of a compromise then 15inch should be good), battery should be okay for some uni classes as well

Yeah, illegear match most of my needs now, price is reasonable compared to those big brands. Just worried about the warranty and repairing issues as my friend warned me.

Should I get a Level 51 FORGE-15R 1660 TI EDITION(RM3899) or Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55-52Z1(RM3799)?
The level 51 laptop has gtx1660ti 6gb gddr6 gpu but only has 120hz display and amd ryzen 3 3300x cpu.

The acer laptop has 144hz display and intel i5 10300H cpu but only has gtx1650ti 4gb gddr6 gpu.

- what graphic card would you suggest?

not fitting requirement: 14inch, 94%sRGB...

Perhaps G15 w the 240Hz, 100%sRGB panel instead (panel option perhaps not exported to Mal.).
