Hi Sifus,

I am looking for 17inch laptop.
Main purpose for 3A gaming, video editing and office work.
Am looking at the illegear Selenite Pro
But my friend recommended me to get other brand like Dell or Asus.
Budget around 9k.

Is it necessary to get 32gb ram?

No preferences on weight and battery life?

32GB RAM is only useful for certain tasks.
Not really, am working abroad.

Actually think to build desktop, but if i back to Malaysia for vacation then i cant use it.

For video editing and photo editing, i think better go for 32gb ram?

32GB RAM then if you worry 16GB RAM not enough

Consider Illegear Selenite G, or Selenite Pro if you want something thinner+lighter+membrane keys

Yea i think that will be the only choice for now?

Been went through the threads of Illegear Selenite and found some problems, if I stayed long term abroad then will be a trouble to me if any problem occurred

unless you're fine with 2060 GPU

Prefer 2070s as Vram 8GB to perform better on gaming.

it has international warranty, accidental damage cover, post warranty cover, abundance spare parts, very solid build quality . 300 hz panel

Agreed with you, just the specs didn't meet my requirements and need to top up more budget.

why not consider 15 inch ? more variant models brand
*
Because prefer bigger monitor and screen (:

Yeah, illegear match most of my needs now, price is reasonable compared to those big brands. Just worried about the warranty and repairing issues as my friend warned me.
