QUOTE(msacras @ Sep 22 2019, 11:49 AM) Ryzen mobile APUs are at best only quadcore though. Their performance do trail quite close to what Intel’s quadcores can offer in single threaded tasks, while at scenarios beating Intel in multi-threaded tasks. The deciding factor here is whether you need the more powerful GPU that Ryzen APU offer or not. The package quite appealing tbh honest on the AMD side. But The multicore score of the intel what make it more suitable to compiling a heavy load programming can be more faster.

QUOTE(ZM Fong @ Sep 22 2019, 05:59 PM) It depends on TDP config...many models with Ryzen mobile APUs have higher power limits, therefore faster in prolonged load. Whereas many Intel models have 15W PL1 Yah that quite true. But still it still have gamble if want to use ryzen equip laptop to use as programming laptop ( if someone want to seek for more raw performance then it quite suck for them ). Well i just curious that one of my friend try to get ryzen laptop later on
