Hi. I need a laptop recommendation. Budget: up to 2.5k Good build quality and not too heavy as my sister will be using it. At least 256GB 8GB. Mostly for student use; office, movies etc.
Edit: Integrated graphics is fine. Good display is a plus but not a must considering the budget.
Thanks!

Acer Swift 3 SF314-55-57T3, not sure there is still stock or not though [/quote] Any other alternative that you can think of? Thanks!

QUOTE(ZM Fong @ Jun 14 2020, 10:48 AM) If you want good display, this is the only option for your budget. Unless you're fine without it I'm fine without a good display. Is this laptop worth it? As always, thanks.

QUOTE(ZM Fong @ Jun 15 2020, 03:25 PM) Any preference on battery life? Any preferences on weight and battery life? What's your budget? Also, need the laptop now or able to wait longer? Ideapad 5 14 is fine but I would suggest getting 16GB RAM and 57Wh battery, maybe larger storage Consider Swift 3 SF314-42-R8A9 / R43G Swift 3 SF314-42-R8A9 is a bit over my budget at 2.6k. I just updated to 57Wh. No options to upgrade RAM but I think I'll be fine with 8GB for office applications. Adding storage also would push the budget over my limit. Maybe a future upgrade. I guess I'll proceed with this order. Thanks ZM.
