Knowing you, if you ever plan to sell it later... let me know. tongue.gif
Watch more SRV vids. thumbup.gif He has a Hamiltone custom-made strat that was given to him by Billy Gibbons. The Hamiltone is the only non-Fender guitar that I have seen him using live (Videos, that is). biggrin.gif

how can it have more sustain? I'm looking into physics of vibration point of view
*
You're looking at the wrong place.
There are a few factors that can be contributed from the extra mass of jumbo frets towards the length of the string vibration. (Whether you take it as a simple harmonic motion or you want to purely look at it as a wave function)
Such as elastic potential energy or you can derive an equation from Newtons Second Law.
For elastic potential energy you the k constant is equivalent to mω^2.
For Newtons Second Law you assume tetha, the angle of the amplitude from the equilibrium position(it forms a small circle) as a small angle and delta m = µ delta L where µ is the strings linear density.
Then apply F = ma because at the moment of amplitude of the string, where the delta is taken it has a centripetal acceleration to the center which is at its equilibrium position.

Might look like a Gibson, but most probably doesn't sound and play like a Gibson.
Worth your money? You decide. smile.gif

Hmmm
The spidervalve, undoubtly it captures a fulltube amps dynamics perfectly.
Its really loud. I love the cleans on it, very very warm. I think there was an AC30 modeller on one of it.
The dirtier amps, sounded pretty good, though I only recognized the only Dual Rectifier and Plexi models. Pretty good amp overall. I bet this amp will be great for gigs. Only disappointment would be that.... it has no JCM800 models =(
One of the models have very very high preamp gain. I think it was the insane model. Sounded somewhat like a Dual Rectifier with alot more gain but I'm pretty sure its not a full model. Because there was a more accurate model of the Dual Rectifier on another channel. Metal I think it was ?

CK music now carries the VOX AD VTXL series. It sounds freaking awesome
alot of very meaty distortion channels! Two or so clean channels only though. Priced somewhat higher than the AD VT series. [Few hundred more].

I wonder if anyone has heard bout this band, I freaking love the song and the MV.
Should take a look at lift as well. I love how the lead uses the delay in several songs.
Time to get a delay pedal which I having been GASing for so long =/

Sigh, me have to load up the ceriatone with 6550 power tubes, adding to the cost.
Luckily it's going to be loaded with 2x Celestion Vintage 30s in the cab.

So far, with EL34 tubes, the complete amp and the cab, Rm4350....... so yeah...... going for that.
*
following zakks config?
i wonder how jcm800 will sound with kt88 tubes whistling.gif

QUOTE(led_zep_freak @ Dec 2 2007, 12:13 AM)
Nope. biggrin.gif  biggrin.gif Next time sure try hahah... should be interesting to hear the extra metal sounds. biggrin.gif
The VTXL version is RM860 though, a bit pricey imo. If you don't mind the original version, you can go for it lar hah.
*
haha yeah
the distortion modeller freaking awesome la
but its at low volume la, i'd expect it to thin out compared to the spidervalve
heard the spidervalve starts to saturate at bout 3
freaking loud ><

@everyone
i need prices for boss dd5 in sg
anyone can help me out here?
