Surprisingly when I speed test opening the phone app on the iPhone 11(ios13.1- Demo unit) comparing to my iPhone 7(iOS 13.1) the speed is similar

Use IPSW file+ iTunes on PC (no OTA update), do it quick before apple stops signing the particular version

Are you at the activation lock screen? Sometimes it gives you the option to use the old passcode that is set on the iPhone to proceed with the set up

Would be helpful to show the screen before it ask for this 4 digit passcode

You’ll need to pair your AirPods 2 at least once for it to show up

If you are using AirPods 1 then don’t have this feature

Different chip, AirPods 1 used the W1, AirPods 2 uses h1 and it has the hey Siri function


Airpods 1 still got new feature in ios 13, audio sharing

Depends on which model and what version you are coming from

For me, I’m coming from beta 4 on iPhone 7..... size for it is 3GB
