Funny, I get the OTA alert for 13.1 this morning but when I check again it says your device is on latest firmware (still on 13.0)

slow + hard to get 4G

After updating to iOS 13, does anyone experience issue with hotspot/tethering to laptop whereby we’re unable to access secured websites (banking, email, etc). Only can access websites like google and YouTube. Please comment.

Its my office laptop security firewall whichis not behaving well with iOS 13. Home laptop is working fine iOS 13 device hotspot/tethering.

I always connect wifi. so when wifi got issue, i turn off the wifi, but my mobile data become 3g. I need to restart then only connect to 4g

Mine also like that but very seldom coz most of the time uses data for work. Sometimes only specific location can connect 4G

dont know if ios issue or intel issue

iOS 13.1 is more like a bug fix to iOS 13, fixes 3 finger gesture issue, refinement to volume hud
