Mail app is buggy on iOS 13. Suggest to wait for 13.1 on 24 Sep.

After updating to iOS 13, does anyone experience issue with hotspot/tethering to laptop whereby we’re unable to access secured websites (banking, email, etc). Only can access websites like google and YouTube. Please comment.

13.4 = Abnormal battery drain
13.4.1 = so far so good, battery back to normal Device: iPhone 11 Battery health: 100% |

Battery drain has been bad for me on iOS 13.5. It was good on iOS 13.4.1.
