All RAM run at 1.8v as it is the default voltage for most motherboard.
Correct me if I'm wrong. |

To pvc,
Q1 It is consider good (the dedicated GPU) to have when U r running 1Gb of ram or lower amount of RAM. Bcoz Integrated GPU consumes ur RAM to process graphic. From what I heard, the performance of low end GPU such as Nvidia 8400gs or ATI x2300 is not value wise at all bcoz they are give a small percentage of gain of performances. Q2 RAM, Battery and HDD are normally upgraded easily. For extreme cases, CPU can be upgraded once Ur warranty ends or U decided that U don't need the warranty, U r always welcome to upgrade. Q3 From what I heard, Dell is the best after sales service provider. Acer brand is consider ok for me. I'm currently using 1 for more than 2 years without any problems. Maybe good luck .That's why I don't even need any after sales services. I normally prefer quality product rather than good after sales services. I think the problem is ur Mobo too new~!
U should wait for an update of speedfan. U try everest software already? I think the name is Everest Ultimate or something to that effect should be able to help U see the voltage~!!! May I know why U want to know the voltage of which chip ?? As I remember, Intel OEM MOBO don't allow any voltage increase or decrease for CPU, ram or chipset~!!! Pls correct me if I am wrong~! To alwiz,
U should at least tell the pros and cons of those 2 GPU. For me, reading from most review website, my conclusion is it is not worth buying DDR4 model. Performance is not much better by a big margin. HIS 2600XT ddr3 is more value for money~! Cheers~! Correct me if I am wrong~! |

QUOTE(jimmy cch @ Oct 23 2007, 11:38 PM) i using windows xp sp2 also.. but den when i drag and drop.. it show as file ready to be written on cd... how come T.T For easy understanding,I think DVD RAM is similar to rewritable DVD except that it could be reuse more than a big number of times~! I think U should just burn the disc using Nero software . Read that XP internal software for the burner is very slow and useless~!!! This post has been edited by waif: Oct 24 2007, 12:07 AM |

QUOTE(stsh90 @ Oct 24 2007, 11:57 PM) I'm on MSI MS-7260 mobo. FYI, there are four DIMM slots for DDR2. I have two 1GB Kingston DDR667 RAM and I installed them side-by-side. U didn't read any ur Mobo manual ~?Slot 1 and 3 have same colour while slot 2 and 4 have another colour, also d same. I slotted in both my RAMs in Slot 1 and 2. My ultra simple question is: Should I slot into slots 1 n 2 to get DUAL CHANNEL result, or must I slot the RAMs into slots 2 and 4 in order to run dual channel? OR, the position of the RAMs don't really matter? Thanks in advance. Position of the RAM is important. Only by using slot with the same color,Ur RAM will run dual channel. |
