How to describe "good" developer? If talking the risk of abandon, yes MS is good. If talking the quality of work, MS may not is good but even 80% not good quality, and still got 20% good, if you bought is in this 20%, you will say good or not good? Do more homework (nowadays easier obtain the information through internet) as well as survey at actual site/ actual project upon what you needs.

Unit is a bit disappointing to me. Having a nice, airy and bright living room should be basic hygiene. At the same time, too much money spent on the facilities.

the living room is not good.. facilities abit too much and useless... not practical. best is they got alot of parking, shouldnt be a problem to rent.
