This is nowhere even near Petaling Jaya, even PV-Arena can’t claim to be in PJ despite sitting very close to PJ border.

Let alone the area referred to Happy Garden in PJ.

Hi, with more & more condo or HIGHrise projects coming up around these area, some of the landed property ady suffer !
noticed that few units ady putting For SALE banner ! expscially those just NEXt to UOA upcoming condo ?!

road will be more congested, no more peaceful and quite like environments for all those landed owners !

road will turn to parking lots if not enough car park lots are provided ?!
