Enquiries/Recommendations Buying directly from Lenovo Malaysia website?

So they have payment issue since 2019 wow!
I made payment through direct debit on 28 June 2021 (showing error pages for credit card method), and haven't got a confirmation whether they received my payment. Hello 10 days already. Took 4 business days for the first reply, somehow I got another email the next day saying that order might be cancelled if not paying in 5 days.
So much confusion and anxiety, I once thought that I was purchasing from a scam site. Worst payment flow in my online purchase experience (in 10 years). Is that so hard to include some payment method with validation like FPX transfer? I have included my thoughts in my replies to me, hope they take it seriously.

who knows later Ryzen 6000 series take Lenovo another 5 months to ship out.
