Well, I'll speak from my personal experience. I was looking for a gaming laptop and Lenovo offers the best bang for buck for the price I'm paying and on top of that, the on-site hardware support add-on is much more affordable than other brand (I can't afford to wait for a longer turn-around time for any repair).

Which is why they are able to offer good value for money as they are employing just-in-time manufacturing strategy.

It depends on the service that's being used. Lenovo is using Worldwide Saver shipping and I don't think the name itself suggest anything premium right? UPS won't really go the extra mile to exceed the SLA

The only direct flight from UPS operates is Shenzhen to Kuala Lumpur but it's likely to avoid using land transport from Shanghai to Shenzhen in order to meet the SLA on delivery time. There's no direct flight between Shanghai and Shenzhen hence it's routed through the nearest hub, Seoul.

Hence, Shanghai > Seould > Shenzhen > Kuala Lumpur

Occasionally, the flight from Shenzhen to Kuala Lumpur make a stopover at Ho Chi Minh City.
