Lenovo charged me twice in 1 order number.
I did an order on Aug 7 for model y540 (around RM5k) and the payment is charged as pre-authorization hold on 8 Aug. This is normal as well as process.

However, yesterday around 00:57, received bank sms notifying me another charge is paid to Lenovo again. Then I checked with bank and is confirmed another payment done on same order. MONEY is deducted as well when i check online. So Lenovo require us to prepare RM10k on a RM5k product? Answer is exactly a nono, why i say so, because my friend did the same order previously and his one not being charged twice.

Asking, why Lenovo can charge my money without my authorization, i meaning the transaction shall be full stopped on 8 Aug. Yet they can do any authorize charge fee without your acknowledgement.

Called service desk and they ask to email payment team only. Yet no reply so far. Im so dissappointed and depressed.
