I bought 5 laptops directly from them already. They don't show the delivery lead time during purchase. Only a few days after order confirmation, then will they publish the delivery date. Once the delivery took 1.5 months.

Cannot call to scold them. Email them, no reply. Just horrible.

Regardless, the price is good. Product quality is superb.

I bought like 5-6 laptops directly from the website. Delivery is S-L-O-W (depending on models - some took over 1 month to deliver). The problem is they don't tell you upfront that delivery will take a long time. Otherwise, it is ok.
