Yea I saw your post on this, but the price differs by a lot. It will be staying on my desk most of the time so the built is not really an issue for me. Don't see anyone complain about its thermal issues so far, hopefully a cooler pad could help keeping the temperature in control.

Call them, happened to mine also, give them a call then delivered next day.

they offer 3% refund for me due to delay, received it in about 6 weeks. So I paid RM2778 for the custom specs below, overall very satisfied
edit: should have another 100+ cash back from Shopback, but till now still pending, anyone having the same issue?

I din negotiate further because my purchase is not really delayed that much, at first it was supposed to be delivered in April, that's why I made the complain. But after that the process got expediated and got delivered mid March, and they still honored the refund so I consider that as bonus already

I have a Asus ultrabook before, still working till today. The touchpad is lousy from day 1, sensitivity issue. Only 2 years + of usage, already starts slowing down, hot to the touch at the bottom, not sure if it's due to cooling issue that leads to throttlling of that already slow M3 cpu. 4gb ram not upgradable, not fit for today's task anymore.

Yea, have u used Shopback before? Cashback will be confirmed after 3 months or earlier. Then u can cash out from your Shopback account.

I bought mine for about RM2.8k, cash back around RM700 (40% lol) from multiple clicks as I was hesitating whether to buy or not, so clicked several times. Probably due to bug but no idea why they confirmed all of them.

i purchase via Shopback app from my android phone, not sure if that's the cause of the bug.

just select lenovo via shopback app then purchase as usual, that's what I did. Altho I did add to cart and remove it multiple times as I was hesitating which parts to upgrade and wanted to check the final price
