Enquiries/Recommendations Buying directly from Lenovo Malaysia website?

 Have anyone experienced this? It shows my parcel have been delivered to me (Naquib Akmal) in Kuching, but my actual address is in Sri Aman, Sarawak, not Kuching, and i haven't received the package. |

How do I claim the warranty if i bought from the official website? my Lenovo hinges damaged together with the screen.
