Hi everyone,

I have problem with poor mobile signal at my homestay.
Problem with receive call and data as well.
Already try with different telco (Celcom, Digi, Maxis).
The result still same.
To get digital TV signal also problem even use outdoor antenna.
My area is surrounding by hill.
The installer guy say that hill block the signal from the tower.

Before this DIGI already install their communication tower near to my place (Deal with previous land lot)
But the new land lot did not happy.
Then DIGI already remove their tower.

Im not sure where should i complaint about this.
Already try several time call CFM consumer hotline but no pickup.

Not sure what options do i have.
If you refer to the below picture, less than 100meter to the left of my homestay can get a good signal since there is no block from the hill.




Before this have heard about gsm booster.
But not sure is it possible to install the booster since there is a hill surrounding my area.

Any one have experience with gsm booster?
Any opinion?

If you can make call outside house but difficult inside house, then booster will help. YOu will have to put booster on rooftop, perhaps. If outside also signal poor you need to put booster antenna way up or in location where signal is good. Otherwise, the result probably not satisfactory.

I think new MCMC law allows only telco to install outdoor booster. I guess involving antenna structure.
