The video is at Masreca, Cyber10. There is a lot of construction going on there. Most probably soil blocks the drainage and causes a flood. Red dirt is everywhere there since all still under development. Pity the owner that stays there.

But applaud the ERT Bomba from Cyberjaya branch they acted fast and working even during buka puasa.

How come cyberjaya also flood , its supposed to be modern city planning

really missed the late 2000s cyberjaya. peaceful, quiet, fresh air.

I know a few "pioneers" of Cyberjaya.. they bought a few units in Domain and other places... recently they are trying to sell everything because of the problems you mentioned. Things took a turn in 2010 when developers found out they can milk these investors off their wallet. Now the prices are falling, owners can't let go without incurring significant losses

I am, in about 2 years my house will be completed and I can say this place bye2. For the time being the rental is so cheap. My owner is paying RM2000 plus RM300 for maintenance, I am paying only RM1.2k. and it is dropping.

There really is a rental depression happening here. When I got here 2 years ago, the rental for my old unit was RM1.2k, now I can see the same unit size and furnishing being rented out for RM800/m

For the RM800 a month? Try Domain areas, that place is really depressed. Rental was in the RM2000 back in the days, now reduced to RM800/m. Ill try and see if I can get ads for this RM800 as proof eh

Lel domain is really not a place to live one. I used to witness one african being chase away by the guard, naked. Really ruined my breakfast that morning.

Used to have a thought to start a living at cyber height villa. Thank god for the job relocation i didnt commit to it.

Woah, you hate this place but plan to stay another 2 years? Boy if i hate something i pack and leave straight away. Not wait 2 years. So many other locations nearby you can rent/stay/work instead instead cyberjaya. Why endure something you hate?
