though car scrapping policys are pretty common in some other countries, like UK and such. I doubt most malaysians would follow suit on this policy. Instead it might just serve as another outlet for more bribery to go through with.

Also 5k voucher to what?? proton only? or any car that we would like to buy? If it's proton only you can be damn sure this thing won't work at all..
