There are many retirees who have time on thier hands ad who also like growing things. Get these people as partners to help manage your farm. U supply the land, fertilizers, to9ols, etc n they provide labour to plant, do weeding, watering, manuring, etc, etc. Share the products with them.
BTW, can have location of your land ? Will it flood when heavy rain ? Any taips, nearly, so entirely depend on rain water ?
