I dont think there are proven facts that eating fried or oily stuffs can guarantee get cancer.
IMO many other things contribute to diseases/sickness. especially genetic

Errr definitely the lesser the better la. Fried food has a lot of fats and oil, while processed food high in sodium. Like someone said, consume in moderation. Knowing these food are no good, the lesser you consume the better. Whats the point of giving your body bad food and then try to get rid of it by detoxing yo

Because sometimes no choice if eat with other people they want to eat fast food or order fried food to share. I try to take little but if happen too many times I want to know if I can cleanse.

then only eat with them occasionally la. Don't get into unhealthy habit because others take bad food often and we got carried away too. End of the day when you get sick, you're the one paying it with your health not them.

just my 2 cents laugh.gif

Yea after a while really become regular unhealthy eating... It's hard finding healthy-eating buddies at my workplace. I think I need to be firm and say no to the fried food then after a while my colleagues will get it. Hopefully they will be convinced to eat healthy too tongue.gif
