QUOTE(zuozi @ May 21 2019, 10:44 AM) If you want get a cancer From fast food example you need to consume MCD French fries 65kg a day for 365 days .... So don't ask a stupid questions anymore I dont think there are proven facts that eating fried or oily stuffs can guarantee get cancer.IMO many other things contribute to diseases/sickness. especially genetic Have u hear non-smokers get lung cancer? |

QUOTE(linglingee @ May 21 2019, 10:39 AM) Errr definitely the lesser the better la. Fried food has a lot of fats and oil, while processed food high in sodium. Like someone said, consume in moderation. Knowing these food are no good, the lesser you consume the better. Whats the point of giving your body bad food and then try to get rid of it by detoxing yo |

Just follow like what dr mahathir did. Each meal eat little not too much even if it is tasty.
Eat to the 70% full, donate the 30%, with your kindness you will be blessed for good health. |

Something is going to kill all of us one day.
My own philosophy is everything in moderation. |

Don't get into unhealthy habit because others take bad food often and we got carried away too. End of the day when you get sick, you're the one paying it with your health not them. just my 2 cents |

End of the day when you get sick, you're the one paying it with your health not them. Yea after a while really become regular unhealthy eating... It's hard finding healthy-eating buddies at my workplace. I think I need to be firm and say no to the fried food then after a while my colleagues will get it. Hopefully they will be convinced to eat healthy too just my 2 cents |
