Austin....

Seriously... overkill for the amount of space.

IMO, Ditch one desk. Get a proper table to put all your stuff with an ergonomic layout.

not very ergonomic though.

I notice how some people have huge monitors but the distance from the keyboard to screen is too close.

I typically sit about 1.5 arm's length away from my monitor. i find that comfortable.

skydriver, instead of spending on multiple consumer grade speakers, why not spend on one good quality set of sound monitors and a decent amp?

THen spend a little more to pad up your room nicely if you really are into music and sound.

Added on April 10, 2008, 7:53 ambtw, floppy, where did you get your moshi celesta's?

It's one freakin awesome keyboard. If it's anything like the thinkpad keyboard in terms of response, i will definitely get it in the future.

Should go well with my current setup.

"-.- i think i hve a brushed metal fetish. Lian Li case (black/silver brushed aluminium), W880 phone (black brushed metal front), Samsung NV15 (black anodized).

However, i do think the price is a bit steep... considering for not too much more i could get a dinovo edge... which is wireless and is better as a media center controller with it's mousepad.

@ezralim the only reason why i got it as because i'm a sucker for laptop keyboards. there's slightly more clickilty than the thinkpad keyboard I'd say, but it feels good nevertheless.

I've got a nice friend who passed me the Filco Black to play around with, which is very nice and cost more than the dinovo edge, still wondering if i should buy it over from him...

you can start start investing for a good big table...afraid the table could not tahan the casing's volume

@ fuzore

I would put that casing on the floor bro...
At least until you get a bigger table, cos I for one, would feel uncomfortable with such a huge object right next to my display.
Just a dua sen suggestion smile.gif

Peace.

ezralimm,
special interest on 2.1 system, and different speakers for different genre of songs (klipsch gmx - rock, heavy metal... apocalpyx a5 - classic...etc)

sound monitor set might sound scuk while playing mp3 (low quality source), and all i need is a pc speaker not other than that.

why not buy the z5500, or s750...?
because i wish to try more dif speakers

matcatzz,
for surround purpose (DVD)
