Just my point of view,

1) If CHINA COMMUNIST GOV didnt allocate budget to subsidize those small dealers, they cant sell world wide, its not the world LOVE china, the world love cheaper products.
We have to give credits to errr.. the communist party LOL
(Some countries spent those budget for war)

2) Tariff on import goods is very common in third world countries to protect local entrepreneurs, try to buy any import cars in malaysia, 100%-200% tariffs as well.
(and only the rich can spend on import goods, that is how gov tax on the rich)

US can learn how China cooperate with their smaller enterprise instead.
But too bad Trump try to shift all blame on China and try to make China the scapegoat for their worsen economy.

i not sure this world got other choices
