How much has units near mrt1 stations appreciated since mrt1 in operation due to mrt1 factor alone?

Do you know how many station there are along mrt 1 and 2? How many condo near these stations?

What is rental yield? Enough to cover loan repayment? If not enough, how to continue to invest?
