Do you know how many station there are along mrt 1 and 2? How many condo near these stations?

Completed project along MRT1 line direct connection to station and within 200 meter walking distance:
1. D'sara Sentral
2. Saville Cheras

Dont think got any other project apart from the 2 above. Good luck.

If is grade AAA, many taiko here would sapu without hesitation. Why it would be below market price? Haunted, structural unsound?

actually there are a lot of subsales projects nearby to LRT/MRT, although most of the subsales price increased a lot, rental unable to cover the installment.

i believe there is still some gems along the way, just that need some amount of money for renovation.
