 Hi Everyone, I believe 【MRT property】 will be the best investment choice at current situation! Take Japan, Hong Kong & Singapore as reference, it helps on better property appreciation & able to generate positive cash flow due to high Rental demand!!! Wondering any BEST for investment 【ready to move】 in sub-sale MRT/LRT condo / apartment (less than 200m with linked bridge) in klang valley now, please share to below for reference ya 1) 2) 3)

How much has units near mrt1 stations appreciated since mrt1 in operation due to mrt1 factor alone?
Do you know how many station there are along mrt 1 and 2? How many condo near these stations?

Completed project along MRT1 line direct connection to station and within 200 meter walking distance: 1. D'sara Sentral 2. Saville Cheras
Dont think got any other project apart from the 2 above. Good luck.

with current market situation, once identify Grade AAA MRT property. We can get agents help for some really below market price unit with potential good rental yield!!

actually there are a lot of subsales projects nearby to LRT/MRT, although most of the subsales price increased a lot, rental unable to cover the installment.
i believe there is still some gems along the way, just that need some amount of money for renovation.
