How you calculate save 900? Installation is free?

1200 (new aircond + installation) - 300 (relocation+service cost)

So that 300 includes installation at your new place?

guys, i decided to just relocate the aircond. dismantle + service + install to new house, costs RM300.
If buy new, would cost me RM1200 (including installation). Saves me 900!

Well the new aircond (2019) is much better than your 2014 one. How to compare? Also, do let the landlord know that you are doing this because it's technically a modification to their property.
