I'm currently renting an apartment. I got an aircond brand Yorke, 1HP, normal one. bought around 800++ back in 2014.

I plan to sell it to the owner, so that I don't need to have the hassle to relocate the aircond to my new home.

How much should I put?

basically worthless.. the labour to dismantle and re-install cost about 300

that's why i plan to sell it to the house owner.

not much bro, the owner will dare you to take away cause it cost more the dismantle and relocate. and chances he dont want to give aircond to next tenant, save electric & maintenance hassle.

Dismantle cost RM300?

Might as well ask owner buy new aircon, dismantle old aircon and install new aircon cost about RM300. Then you move the old aircon to new home and install.

Install old aircon in new home how much? RM300 also?

Then easier solution, give the owner the old aircon.

dismantle expensive because apartment, if landed different story lah...

anyway, I would just offer RM100, airconds are worthless secondhand.

Why would you want the owner to buy it?

If I am the owner and you ask me to buy it, I will just tell you to dismantle and bring the air cond back.

Now, you have a headache because you need to pay someone to remove and relocate the air cond.

If you refuse to remove it (obviously not economical to do that), I will deduct from your deposit to ask someone to dismantle it and give you 1 week to collect back the air cond.

See how you stand to lose by the sheer greed to sell something that you didnt want in the first place.

lubang tutup dy when the technician did the dismantle.

brand new rm 1.2k, u sell rm 300 also not sure got takers or not, coz dismantle, clean, put in gas all are cost. might as well buy brand new.
